A perfect balance between aesthetics and function: the interior design of this apartment could be characterized in precisely this way.
To maximize the limited space of the apartment and provide an abundant amount of natural light we decided to use movable partitions.
As for furniture, we have chosen very matt finish surfaces. Kitchen furniture fronts are made of opaque painted glass; in natural daylight, the glass creates satin-like reflections, revealing its aesthetic qualities at its finest.
The impression of the contrasting surface textures is enhanced through the use of the coarse weave fabric which itself becomes an expressive graphic element of the interior design.
